We as humans have always been fascinated by our dreams. How often have you wondered what that memorable dream means to you? Dreams are generally how our minds work out problems. It is a gift from the divine to help guide us through our troubles. Often the people, animals, objects and places in a dream can tell you what the problem is and even some guidance in dealing with the problem. First you need to learn how to interpret those things that you see. I would suggest first thing that you get yourself a dream journal. Any small notebook that you can keep near your bed will do. Writing it down is the most important thing that you do because dreams tend to fade fast from our minds. If you write it down when you first wake up, you will have a better chance of getting all of the message. Occassionally a dream may be a direct premonition and one must keep that in mind too but generally, most will be interpretable dreams. I would also suggest a good dream dictionary with the meanings for most common things that occur in dreams.
